Our carefully planned meals and menus are the result of years of experience and a shared passion for food. We always base our dishes around a theme – inspired by everything from hearty countryside buffets to the fine details of French cuisine and the simplicity of Mediterranean cooking.

Here in Satakunta, fresh produce is easily obtainable all year round. Our chefs get their ingredients straight from producers and markets, and also from our own kitchen garden, ensuring that everything is as fresh as possible.
